Client Agreement

 

I understand that SimplyAlign™ is a supportive wellness modality and is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.

Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe, or perform medical treatment, nor do they interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

I understand that results vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. I take full responsibility for my own well-being and any decisions I make as a result of this session.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations: Clients may cancel a scheduled session up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time with no cancellation fee. In this case, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a refund of the session fee, less a $35 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the session has begun.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session at no additional cost if at least 2 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 2 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the above cancellation policy.

No-Shows: Clients who do not attend a scheduled session and fail to provide notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in such cases.

Late Arrivals: Out of respect for everyone’s time, sessions will still wrap up at the scheduled end time. Arriving late may mean a shorter session.
