Client Agreement

(SimplyAlign™ Energy Work + Coaching Services)

Scope of Services

I understand that SimplyAlign™ energy work and coaching services are supportive wellness and personal development modalities designed to promote balance, clarity, and personal growth.

I understand that these services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare treatment.

Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, provide therapy, or perform medical or psychological treatment. Services do not interfere with the treatment of a licensed healthcare professional. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with an appropriate healthcare provider for medical or mental health concerns.


Coaching Disclaimer

I understand that coaching is a collaborative process intended to support self-discovery, clarity, goal-setting, and personal transformation.

I acknowledge that:

  • No specific results or transformations are guaranteed.

  • Results vary from person to person.

  • My success depends on my own effort, commitment, and personal responsibility.

  • All insights, ideas, strategies, or suggestions shared during sessions are for educational and informational purposes only.

I understand that I am fully responsible for:

  • My own decisions

  • My actions

  • My interpretations

  • My results

Any actions I take as a result of coaching or energy work sessions are taken of my own free will and discretion. I assume full responsibility for the outcomes of those decisions.


Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am an active participant in my own growth and well-being. I take full responsibility for my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and for any choices I make during or after sessions.


Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a scheduled session up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time with no cancellation fee. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a refund of the session fee, less a $35 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the session has begun.


Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session at no additional cost if at least 2 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 2 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the above cancellation policy.


No-Shows

Clients who do not attend a scheduled session and fail to provide notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in such cases.


Late Arrivals

Out of respect for everyone’s time, sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Arriving late may result in a shortened session.


Agreement

By checking the box (during the checkout process), I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Client Agreement. I understand the scope of services provided and accept full responsibility for my participation and outcomes.
